Downtown MuralOn Wednesday, December 7th, Councilmember José Huizar invites Muralists, Art Devotees, and the community to review the draft mural ordinance with Council District 14 and Tanner Blackman from the City Planning Department.  Mr. Blackman will guide attendees through the proposed draft ordinance allowing murals on private property point by point and seek recommendations and input from artists and the community.
