Deputy Director of Development, Major and Individual Giving

The Deputy Director of Development is a key role within the Development Department
responsible for driving revenue strategy and execution for individual contributions. This
position oversees the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of individual donors, with a
primary strategic focus on expanding East West Player’s (EWP) $10,000+ major donor pool, alongside mid-level supporters, annual appeal campaigns, and planned giving initiatives.

The ideal candidate is an authentic builder of relationships, passionate about the performing
arts, and deeply aligned with EWP’s mission to elevate Asian American stories and artists.

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000, annually
