PlayGround is seeking candidates for a new remote, year-round half-time position of Director of Individual Giving. This position, working in tandem with the Artistic Director and Director of Development, will be responsible for the development, management, implementation, and evaluation of individual fund-raising efforts consistent with PlayGround’s needs and goals.
This will include: annual appeals, performance-related donations, major gift cultivation and stewardship, fundraising events, multi-year campaigns, planned giving, and such other fundraising duties as may be assigned by PlayGround’s Artistic Director and Director of Development.
Total individual giving goal for FY27 is $193k. Candidates should have direct experience cultivating and stewarding major donors, designing/implementing donation campaigns, and planning/executing fundraising events, or applicable related experiences. Position is open immediately and priority will be given to applications received on or before September 15, 2026.
