We’re a video production company in the Torrance/South Bay area looking for a part-time Social Media Manager to keep our clients’ content ahead of the curve and post regularly. Our focus is real estate and automotive businesses across LA.
This will include posting/scheduling for various clients, as well as someone who can research trends, spot relevant formats and sounds, and turn them into concrete, shoot-ready concepts. You’ll build out content calendars filled with ideas and inspiration so our design and production team walks into every shoot prepared and efficient.
What you’ll do:
-Monitor trends across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts relevant to each client’s industry
Translate trends into original concepts tailored to each client’s brand and goals
-Build and maintain content calendars with ideas, reference clips, and shot inspiration ahead of scheduled shoots
-Collaborate with our production team to make sure concepts are practical to shoot efficiently
Track what’s performing for each client and adjust the content strategy accordingly
-Schedule and post the content we create
What we’re looking for:
-Strong knowledge of short-form social platforms and what’s currently trending
-A track record of coming up with original content ideas, not just repackaging trends
-Organized, self-directed, comfortable managing multiple client calendars at once
-Experience with content planning tools (Meta Business, Streak, Google Sheets, etc.)
-Bonus: experience working with video production teams
