Evonne Gallardo

Evonne Gallardo works to advance and resource artists and the entities that serve them and has over 20 years of leadership experience in multiple functional areas of arts and culture management. Evonne currently serves as Senior Program Director for Community Partners’ Intermediary division and is focused on leading cross sector re-granting efforts for foundation, government and corporate clients. Centering equity, Evonne advises public and private funders and institutions to help expand and align values and actions for greater impact and has managed a program portfolio of over $30 million.
Evonne facilitates the flow of funding from donors to individuals and smaller, often under-invested, nonprofits who might otherwise be overlooked. Evonne recently concluded board tenures with the National Association of Latino Arts and Cultures board of directors and as a Cultural Affairs Commissioner for the City of Los Angeles. Evonne received a B.A. in American History at Columbia University and an M.A. in the Sociology of Art from the New School for Social Research in New York City.
