Morenike Dosu (she/her) is an Animation / VFX leader and executive who brings 20+ years of global experience to the intersection of creative storytelling, operations, and workplace culture. With a career spanning major studios in Los Angeles, London, and Sydney—including DreamWorks Animation, Framestore, and MPC—Morenike has dedicated her work to cultivating inclusive spaces that allow artists and technical creators to excel.

Her expertise lies in translating big-picture vision into supportive, scalable infrastructure. Whether managing feature film departments, overseeing large-scale operational budgets, or establishing equitable talent pipelines, Morenike is driven by the conviction that supporting creative workers is essential to thriving cultural ecosystems. She holds a Masters of Design Science at the University of Sydney and has been credited on a multitude of blockbusters such as ‘Prometheus’ and ‘Puss In Boots: The Last Wish’.
